Minco Technology Labs, Inc. is a DSCC Certified Microcircuit Manufacturer providing aftermarket solutions for custom or discontinued integrated circuit application, including High Reliability (Hi-Rel) memory products.

By utilizing the appendices of MIL-PRF-38535 as a benchmark Minco has developed an established our process baseline in order to support Government microcircuit application and logistic programs. For over 25 years Minco has demonstrated a successful approach to meeting stringent military performance needs. By closely following the requirements of Appendix A, Minco meets or exceeds the general performance requirements for integrated circuits or microcircuits, as well as, the quality and reliability assurance requirements. Minco has implemented the best commercial practices to the maximum extent possible while still providing product that meets military performance needs.

Device specification define the detailed requirements, specific characteristics of microcircuits, and other provisions which are sensitive to the particular use intended. Minco's quality assurance requirements are clearly defined for all microcircuits built on our manufacturing line and are controlled through a our Quality Management (QM) program which has been certified and qualified by DSCC. Minco has met the certification and qualification sections of MIL-PRF-38535 and is listed on DSCC's Qualified Manufacturer Listing (QML). Since being listed on the QML, Minco has continually meets or improves on the established baseline of certified and qualified procedures, our QM program, our review system, the status reporting and quality and reliability assurance requirements for all QML products.
