We maintain a large and valuable selection of obsolete/hard-to-find product. Our obsolete inventory is the largest in the industry.

DIE BANK MANAGEMENT:

If you have semiconductor die but do not have the resources to store or manage the parts, Minco can help. Minco can store your parts in a secure nitrogen environment, maintain the necessary inventory records and ship the product to your designated location. Any number of Die Processing or Test Services may be performed at your request.

BONDED DIE STORAGE:

In order to support selected ongoing programs, Minco will purchase a large quantity of semiconductor die, qualify the lot and store the parts in a secure nitrogen environment until the parts are needed by our customer. Bonded die are maintained in a segregated inventory location which identifies the original customer. Parts will be held for a negotiated period of time or may be offered to
other buyers with a first right of refusal to the original customer.

OFF THE SHELF INVENTORY:

We maintain over 5000 line items in order to expedite customer orders, lead times are minimized and out-of-production geometrys are often available.

CONSIGNED MATERIAL PROCESSING:

Our inside sales team coordinates all quotes. pricing, special design and delivery information. Storage of all consigned material is in nitrogen filled cabinets.
