MIL-PRF-38535, QML Q
Minco Technology Labs, LLC has demonstrated to the Defense Logistics Agency, Land and Maritime (DLA) that it complies with MIL-PRF-38535, the performance specification used by the Department of Defense for monolithic integrated circuits.
Minco Technology Labs, LLC is granted full Q level certification, effective June 17, 2005, for the technology flows used for the quality assurance level required for QML Q devices. This certification included the subcontractors approved by Minco.
In addition, the parts that are manufactured using the certified technology flows are being listed on the QML-38535. This will allow Minco to mark parts with “Q” or “QML”. These designators have been authorized by the Department of Defense for parts that have been produced to a QML specification.
