Ongoing programs may need large quantities of semiconductor die to ensure it is available when needed. In some circumstances, Minco Technology Labs, LLC will purchase a large quantity of semiconductor die, qualify the lot and store the parts in a secure nitrogen environment until the customer needs them.

Bonded die are maintained in a segregated inventory location privately reserved for the original customer. Components will be held for a negotiated period of time or may be offered to other buyers with a first right of refusal to the original customer
